so, if a marine was simply accused, by a female junior marine, of sexual harrassment, offering alcohol to an underage, making threat (apparently just saying, don't tell anyone i gave you my number)... and i guess there are three other charges...
does it only take a verbal accusation to put him in the brig? and even then, shouldn't he be asked for a statement?

yeah, there will be an investigation, but it doesn't sound good so far, being told you can't go back to the building is probably to prevent any tampering with the investigation until it is over, those results will determined his fate, if he screwed up, then yeah he's toast.... which it sounded like he is.

from what I know, which is limited, an accusation of sexual harrassment's as good as if you have it on tape in the military.

I have heard stories, though, of guys getting totally fucked just because some girl's father went up the chain of command.

thats one thing i hate about the military. it is made for females to succeed. all a female has to do is go to the CMEO and say i dont think im being treated fairly...but she is just getting treated like any of the guys. You have to EDIT everything you say!

i mean shit, i should go and complain about their shitty PT standards, and how easy they have it with uniforms.

and as before mentioned, dont fuck with female marines, they are just looking for the right person to blow to make it up the ranks. we were warned about that even in navy bootcamp.

but as the original post asks, all someone has to do is say something, and you get fucked...Perception of the fact, is all they need.
