i think that's great, but it makes me question what exactly it means. Does that mean that any city in florida could technically make public nudity legal? That would be hilarious.

What do you think would be more important to the religious right, by the way? Preventing homosexual marriage or preventing full on public nudity?

No, this is refering to nudity on private property, such as strip clubs and bars. Public nudity is still subject to controls (when and where), just not prohibition.

I took these pictures in seattle. 10 blocks from my condo. Teh "Solstice Parade"... happens every year. Public nudity is legal unless someone makes a formal complaint. so far, no one has complained.

I remember watching this one show where a town passed a law where girls had to have 2/3rds of thier ass covered by their shorts, and cops went around the beach with measuring tape to check.
