I have it lying around. The car has power locks on it and installing a security system give you keyless entry. The reason why I want to know the other wires is because I don't want to half-ass it. If i'm going to put a security system in there, I want it to do what it's meant to do.

on most accords the parking lights can be found on a male spade on the front of the fuse box usually like the 2nd or third from the left... So u just be a female connetor and your done w/ the light flash,

Heres the wiring again from DEI's installer membership website

Instant Trigger should be green on the alarm and go to the negative door trigger(black/white) in the car

Ignition kill(I refer to it as starter kill) I would not recommend due to the fact of people losing their key fobs and not being able to crank their car... heres a site that kind of shows u what to do and the different ways to do it....http://www.the12volt.com/relays/page2.asp

lots of times with a car like that you'd want it to get stolen.

not prevent it

J - I have a valet switch wouldn't that prevent not being able to start the car by turning it on and then pushing and releasing that valet switch?

And I'm not sure if I have the power corect because the alarm doesn't reset. Like I said before I have it locking and unlocking but my led keeps blinking the same code becuase no reset is happening when I start the car.

Does that have anything to do with the ignition wire?

Nevermind on that. I'll see if the wire I have for power is the one on the diagram.

yea u have to have the yellow wire from the alarm hooked to the ignition wire for the alarm to reset. So it knows when u turn the key to ignition it will then reset.

Yes if u know how to use the valet switch it will overide the alarm and allow u to start the car...Most people that get theirs installed either dont know where the valet switch is or dont know how to use....

Had other work to do, but tomorrow is the day that I go and try. I took the stuff from this post and the messages and printed them out and I'll see how it goes and post it.
