it comes out in two weeks,

I've heard nothing but good things about it. one reviewer even said it is better than the original. Rotten tomatoes has it with 3 positive reviews (it actually says 5 fresh, 1 rotten, but 2 of the freshes are the old version and one of the rottens is also). plus I've heard from a regular person that saw a screening that it is really good and she claims to know the difference between a "good and sucky" horror movie.

I can't wait.

I didn't realize a review for the movie that the thread is about was considered SPAMMING. People are asking how the movie was, I watched it, So I shared my opinion.

I was under the impression that's what this site was for.
I put the site on there so people can read reviews or write reviews for other movies.

yes, that happens. That's just an example of how fucked up this movie is.

I don't know why some people are saying worst movie ever.... If you like graphic horror movies (body parts being chopped off, lots of blood, etc) you will enjoy this one
And you can even get a good laugh at some cheesy parts

Let me make it easy on you. Based on the following, would I enjoy The Hills Have Eyes?

Recent "Horror" Flicks:

High Tension: Terrific violence. Completely lame-ass "twist" at the end that made no sense given 1) the high speed car chase and 2) the killer raping the severed head with something that almost certainly wasn't a strap-on. Not recommended.

Wolf Creek: Good violence. It took about 7 years to get to the violence. In the meantime, it was like watching a bad road trip episode of Laguna Beach. Not recommended.

Hostel: Good violence. Wandering plot that devolved into an action movie sequence. Still pleasantly entertaining in spite of this.

THe Ring 2: Sucked. Lame violence. Lame plot. Not even a little unsettling, much less scary.

Saw 2: Best of the five by a long shot. I enjoyed it more than a lot of people, for whatever reason.

I completely I agree with you on your opinions about those other 4 movies....

So I guess there's a decent chance you would agree with me in liking The Hills Have Eyes.

Play it safe, catch the matinee priced showing or something. But I thought the 2nd hour of this movie (expecially the last half hour) was insane, my friends and I couldn't stop laughing at some of the graphic shit they showed.
