I know I have seen some people on here who have managed to call TWC and get their bill lowered by threatening to cancel. I can't find the threads though, and I am lazy, so I thought I would seek advice again.

what did you tell them? who did you talk to? any pointers?

I am personally getting anally raped by them right now so I need to make the call.

I was able to call and get a "6 months promo" that lowered the bill, but granted that was because I added HD service...

i just called TWC and got them to drop the price of RR to $30.

they also reduced the cost of cable service to $15 digital / no cost for the boxes.

KICK ASS.

you gotta act like you are forced to switch to dsl because you can't handle the financial burden of cable. they know what's up, but it's cool. it's all part of the dance.
