it's mostly lower back, sometimes it'll shoot up to about halfway up my back in little spasms. i don't know what sets it off, sometimes it'll be fine and then other times, usually in the morning or at night, it'll hurt. it's been that way for about two months. 1/31/2006 10:13:21 PM |

did you do anything that you remember before this started that could have caused it?
and are the spasms a stinging or throbing or dull or?
have you had a history of back pain?
try sleeping with a pillow under your knees....this will flatten out the small of your back, this worked for me for a while

^^i can't afford to go to a doctor
^i can't say that i remember doing anything before it started. the spasms make my back feel like it's on fire, when they happen there's usually about 5 before it'll stop, and then a while later they'll start up again. and no history of back pain.
i'll definitely try the pillows thing tonight 1/31/2006 11:07:13 PM |
