-The ADA asks for remand
-One of the ADAs reasons for asking for remand is that the defendant is a "flight risk"
-The judge forces the defendant to hand over his/her passport
-McCoy and the defense attorney don't agree on plea bargain terms
-McCoy opens his eyes very wide during his questioning of the witness
-The defendant looks at the jury
-1 drink for every pan shot across the jury
-The juror mentions the defendants name during the verdict delivery
