Are you really sure about the no pets allowed? I'm in the market for a house to rent and this would be a definite possiblity if it weren't for that stipulation.

Sorry, no pets allowed. The house is in impeccable condition and pets are just too much of a risk for us.

Maybe we'll make an exception for a fish in a fishbowl. We'll look the other way for that type of pet.
