i need to add analysis toolpack on my exel. so i went tools --> add-ins and checked the analysis toolpack but menu is not showing up under tool menu. any idea?

this part is confusing me. do you mean ANALYSIS TOOLPAK is not showing up after you checked it? because after you check it, it doesn't show up as "Analysis Toolpak," it shows up in the Tools menu as "Data Analysis..."

once i click on analysis toolpack on add-ins, data analysis menu should show up under tools tab. but data analysis menu is not showing up
