Well apparently he's a rapper named Chino XL. He's friends with a lot of the Southern stars of rap (Paul Wall, Bun B, Three Six Mafia, etc.). Just saw one of his videos. Not too shabby. Better than most of the stuff I've heard lately. Of course that ain't saying much.

I'm sorry that I have never heard of some minimally famous rapper that has had no major hits. Besides I have started to shy away from rap. There are people on here that have never heard of Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, or Mason Williams, but I don't jump all on them.
