anybody know of a voucher program like the SPCA's here, but in wilmington, nc? my idiot brother still hasn't neutered his dog and it needs to be done ASAP.

i found that that the brunswick county animal shelter has some free spay program right now. if anybody knows of anything else, let me know.

when my girlfriend lived in wilmington she said there was an animal shelter that did it for free
