I've only heard two of her songs but I think this girl has a LOT of potential. Kinda similar to Bonnie Rait, Cheryl Crow, and Beth Wood on the other end of her spectrum. She's a songwriter too, I always respect that. You can hear two of her songs on MySpace.

Wtf? This is Entertainment. I was entertained and I made a thread about it. If you don't like her make meaningful comment. Don't roll your eyes like a fat black chick on Jerry Springer.

they play here music all the time over here in England.............. and I think she swept some award show they had recently.Music is good but she is a bit flakey (sp)

Yeah she's flaky, that kinda comes with the whole folk/acoustic thing sometimes I think. I'm surprised she's from across the pond (I think.) She almost has a hint of Southern in her voice. Perhaps it's more the style of music than her voice.K, check that. Sheryl Crowe is from Kennett, MO, Beth Wood is from Lubbock, TX and Bonnie Raitt is from Burbank, CA (who I think she sounds the most like). I guess where you're from can have very little to do with your sound.
