The gas pedal is twice its normal size, and the brake pedal 1/4 its normal size, it allows the driver to more quickly race to the last open parking spot at the mall. 2/13/2006 12:51:04 PM |

HAHAHA there's no way any of that shit is worth $2000... plus, it's a 4 banger... don't expect to get shit for it... the only thing you've got goin is that it's a 2000 and still it's 6 years old with 78,000 miles. You'll be lucky to get $8,000-$9,000 for it.2/13/2006 1:35:12 PM |

wow guess what the tires are brand new... I mean they have only been driven 30 miles if that wise guy. The rest of the stuff costs a lot more as well and I am not looking to get back all that I put in it. 10500 is the ASKING price. If someone wants to make a different offer I will talk to them about it. What a concept!!!!!!! If this had been a post on how to sell a car you guys would be aces but its not! 2/13/2006 3:48:21 PM |

I am not trying to hi-jack, but all of that stuff (except for maybe the new tires) technically lower the value of a car...2/13/2006 4:41:59 PM |

^ Yep. Especially in the springtime they are in very high demand and you'd be a fool to take KBB price.
But still...$10,500 for a 4-cylinder with that many miles? No way.

i'm curious as to what this thing went for
i'm looking for a jeep right now...'97+ (TJ wrangler), with no more than 85k miles (really want to stay 55k-75k). I also wouldn't consider a 4cyl. I won't pay more than about $9500, and that's if it already has some of the stuff I'll end up adding (suspension lift, locker(s), 33" tires).
For a jeep equipped like this one WITH A 6cyl (and I'm assuming the "lift" is a body lift, or at most a coil spacer lift...not a true suspension lift), I'd pay $8000-8500, depending on the condition (and size) of the tires, type and condition of the top, the stereo components, etc.
You'd be paying more than you should even at $8500 for it with the 4cyl. $10,500 is beyond ridiculous, to the point of it being comedic. 3/14/2006 2:01:39 AM |
