1) Terminate all of the esgargs aliases
2) Un-Suspend the original esgargs username
3) Add a custom flood control restriction to this account that only allows 12 posts a day.

OR

Just keep charging him five dollars to unsuspend his real account each time instead of charging $5 for an alias (it would work kind of like a fine). The end result stays the same with this option but it would make him easier to keep up with.
