has to be darko mil (dont care enough to figure out how to spell his last name, haha)

he's up for trade talks

but then again, Larry brown is notorious for not being able to handle young players...so would Wade, Carmelo, or Chris Bosh have suffered the same underachieving fate?

kwame brown.

But anyway, I'd blame Larry. Same dude that benched LeBron in the Olympics. How stupid was that? I can't fathom how he became known as such a good coach when he is as stubborn as he is. Apparently, a lot of teams get worse before they get better...when you play as few games as you do in the Olympics, you don't have time to get worse and get better. You have to be the best right then and there. LeBron, Wade, or Carmelo wouldn't have cracked the lineup. They'd probably even be drastically different players because Larry would change their demeanor for the game.

Ok we might as well say the biggest NBA bust is the knicks getting Larry Brown

Knicks record:14-37 second worst in the leagus

^ and he might not even stay long enough to fulfill his contract.

Worst coach for the money, IMO.

Jason Williams wasn't really a bust....he just couldn't escape the Duke injury curse.

bowie wasnt a bust...he averaged double digits several years, including 16 one year, which isnt too shabby for a big guy. not drafting jordan when you had the chance could be considered a bust, but the blazers needed a good big guy, and they got a decent one.

recent memory: definitely darko. i hope he does get a chance to play cause i'd like to see the reason why he wasnt drafted so high.

I must say that it would be sweet to have another draft year where the top 10 looks like that.

Sir Charles, Hakeem, Jordan, etc.

yeah, I have a lot of those WAY ahead of Darko. He hasnt really been given a chance to do shit. I know that its because he hasnt done shit in practice too apparently, but still, the others were at least given some real game time to prove theirselves, he has sat on the bench from the beginning.

tracer you are an idiot

1) Akeem was an acceptable pick for 1st in that draft but c'mon Bowie over Jordan is worse than Darko over Wade

2)Diop is now a starter on the best team in the West, the mavs

how is it worse? darko has done nothing. bowie did something. not as much as jordan, but the blazers didnt need another SG. think context.

if diop is starting, i apologize. i havent seen a mavs game this year, and as of last year, he'd done nothing.

concerning diop...

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/players/profile?statsId=3518

2 points and 4.6 boards...i'd still consider him a big flop. at the same time, he's only 24 right now so he still has years to improve

Chris Wilcox has been a flop so far. Not the biggest bust, but a pretty big one for a #8 pick.

^At least he's healthy. Hodge got drafted by a team with a plethora of guards. It was only natural that something was going to have to give. May however went in and was expected to play quality minutes right away. He responded with a season ending knee injury (which by the size of him I'm suprised he was able to make it through college without injuring a knee or hip). May reminds me of Ralph Freidgen...

A chick I dated, her little brother was friends with Diop somehow. Went to a Cavs game, sat on the sidelines, met Lebron, all that jazz.
