STARTING IN AUGUST WITH ONE OTHER ROOMMATE (note: i already have this roommate, i'm not looking for one.)

I'd like a place that allows dogs, has a fenced in yard, and is fairly priced. Both of us like to spread out, so we'd like a place that's fairly large.

I'd like a place with more than one floor.


Can anyone help me? I know august is far away, but I'd like to find something soonish because I don't like waiting till the last minute.

This way there are a million people asking for the same thing in one thread! Now, instead of being able to navigate current offerings and requests, we can simply wait a few months for the search cache to update and guess which matches might still be available!
