Here is the question - Is there a way to fix a punctured compressor coil in a refrigerator? I called myself doing a quick defrost with a hammer and a screw driver in a minifrig, and punched a hole in the damn coil. I have been told that it is now garbage, but I just wanted to ask around first.

I dont know anything about refriderators

but coil sounds metal

so use JBweld

you could probably fix it, but even if the coil was repaired, it would probably cost you more to have it recharged by somebody with the right piece of paper and equipment than you could buy a new one for
