I hate this logic. Sure JJ plays against top competition but he also has All-American's for teammates. JJ is not the only option on his team. Heck, he has one of the most dominant centers in the country and a couple young MacDonald's All-Americans as options. Morrison has jack shit to work with and the opposition knows that he is the only thing on the floor that can beat him.

I can't stand either one but to say one deserves the awards over the other this year is just plain impossible to do.

They should split every major award frankly. Both have been absolutely amazing and the only reasons their teams are where they are..

^bethel's percentage is higher from 3pt range. redick has been shooting lights out his whole career not just from outside but from the foul line and from the floor in general. He also is drawing the best defender from every team and still shooting such high percentages. Bethel doesn't receive the same defensive attention redick does so it's not really comparable. i think morrison and jj should split as well

thats just not true. morrison has batista who aveages almost 20 and 10 and will be first team all-conference. and raivio, while ugly, is not a bad player either.

one would be foolish to say that gonzaga's supporting cast matches up favorably with duke's, but to say they have no one is stupid as well
