Title says it all. The wattage doesnt HAVE to be .5watts...can be a little more I guess.

It also has to be pretty damn small....i bought a ceramic 8ohm 20watt resistor and it's too big...

Anyone know where I can find a smaller one?

can't you check car audio shops for leftover resistor packs from DEI 541Ms (the ground lock interface - dual relay basically). they're usually 1 watt and you can always mix and match them to get an exact resistance

I think I may have some but they're in my toolbox in Pittsboro

^ he was the guy that had the key to the infamous closet that held all kinds of crap for the ECE students.. dunno where that is stationed now with the renovations..

your average resistor is 1/4watt. so parallel up two 16ohms and youre in business
