concentrated on Be a lil much for my tastes, tho

definitely could have heard a lot more of his classic shit

a whole lot more energy than expected

and his DJ was the best I have ever seen live.

definitely gave like three shoutouts to dilla, esp. on Thelonious

he just had some DJ open for him (Twilight Tone)

spun shit for like two hours, which was WAY too long

The highlight of the night was definitely Common slapping a white dude in the crowd

He said some shit about Common's "I love black people" shirt and gave him the finger

So Common preceded to freestyle and bust on him, popped him, and had security throw him out

that was one of the best shows I've ever been to - like you said WAY more energy than I expected - the breakdancing surprised the hell outta me, and I think brotha Com has been hitting the weights.

definitely an eventful show - that freestyle he did was the highlight in my opinion even though I only understood half of it. I assumed that guy started flicking him off 'cause he said "fuck Bush" in his rhyme.

that dimepiece he pulled on stage creamed her pants a couple of times too

whoa whats up with the violence. i am not sure how i feel about that. you dont hit your fans or let shit like that stop the show. but at the same time a fan or someone who pays money to attend a show shouldnt be talking shit about the artist or get mad that a black person loves other blacks. kinda fucked up situation
