I despise U2 save for like 3 songs. I love Coldplay.

They aren't the same style, genre, type of music, anything...2 totally different bands, mostly due to the era in which they started playing.

That's weird, according to Coldplay's site they have a thing that says

"Coldplay are not quitting. They are on the road until July, when their 16 month X&Y World Tour ends. They will then continue working on new material."

I sure hope they don't take a few years off, they definitely deserve a break, but I don't want to have to wait several years for some new material and for another chance to see them live(awesome show).
