Quote : | "On Tuesday, Hatch said he may have misspoken at the event, and he was speaking of conditions in post-Hussein Iraq and the terrorist network led by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi. "Saddam clearly had a long history of supporting terrorists, but I was not talking about any formal link between Saddam and al-Qaida before the war," Hatch said in a statement. "Instead, I pointed out that the current insurgency in Iraq includes al-Qaida, under the leadership of al-Zarqawi, along with former elements of Saddam's regime." " |

No fuck that. You need a clearer juxtaposition:
Quote : | "Orrin Hatch (R): Nobody denies that he [Hussein] was supporting al-Qaida." |
Quote : | "Orrin Hatch (R): I was not talking about any formal link between Saddam and al-Qaida before the war" |

I remember several years ago when Orrin Hatch was convinced that West Nile virus was bioterrorism.
I also remember when he tried to start a campaign to allow foreigners to be president.
Personally, I think that the guy is off of his rocker. I mean, come on, he's from Utah. 2/23/2006 2:43:22 PM |

Here are some quotes from Orrin.

if you're talking about the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing, that was a government inside job.
That is a 100% proven fact. 2/24/2006 8:11:54 PM |
