Here's the deal. My roommate is moving out and has 3 months left on the lease. The 2 bedroom apartment is a duplex located on Brooks Ave (right across from Nelson Hall). Walking to Nelson takes less than 3 minutes and the library is about 5 (and im not exagerating).

Male or Female (I am female, but I tend to get along better with guys)

$285 month +utlities (water, electricity, RR, cable, heat)

HUGE bedroom

Utilities run about $100 a month

Includes washer/dryer and an AWESOME cat! (so no cat haters)

However, kitchen is quite tiny and does not include a dishwasher




You will not beat this location for this price. I tend to be a bit picky about the kind of roommate I desire (need someone clean, responsible, considerate, and fairly quiet), but if we get along, you'll have the option of signing the lease for another year.
