The doors did not come off for aesthetics. They are gone because after the truck was rolled a few times they would not open/close. This truck is not for anyone who is enough of a pussy to think it needs doors. (The ac does still work however )

the doors did come off for a reason but the parts truck is a straight body '94 the same color red it however is not an eddie bauer it has leather seats so if wanted you could switch bodies and have a straight body monster because everything can be swaped.

You both are fucking IDIOTS! Show me one "stock" explorer with half that clearance! and bigger tires? 35" tires might not "sound" big but I guarantee you they are big. They aren't 44's or 38's but majority of the time 35" tires will get you where you need to go (and places you don't!).

Now I don't even know the guy selling this ride but I can tell you both that obviously neither one of you know what you are talking about!

imo, it's just gay to purposely attempt to attract attention like that. i've def. parked there too, but it's when there's no closer parking places and i'm usually driving a car

anyone that takes 4 wheeling serious at all will see nothing very impressive. people just see the wow factor of no doors/roof and automatically assume it must be a badass rig.

it's got a few decent parts on it, but i see where money could have been better spent to make it more capable. for example, there's no mention of any locker(s) and it's way taller than it needs to be for 35's.

that said, i'm really just giving him a hard time... it's not that bad. someone could put another 800-1000 bucks in it with a home done SAS/lockers and have a damn good truck for wheelin. not bad for a ~3k overall investment.

wtf kind of sense does that make? i'm guessing by a no-slip you're speaking of powertrax's step above the lock right. this makes slight sense considering it doesn't require removing the carrier/ring gear, but it's still a few hours of work for something that's only going to bring 150-200 bucks. why in the HELL would you go through the trouble of removing a front welded carrier?? i mean, that's basically worthless, and you have to go through the trouble of resetting up the gears, pulling shafts, etc. unless he realized how dumb it was to weld it in the first place.

i won't even go into the fact that having a welded front proves it's never done anything very challenging, and it's quite possible the owner is just another uwharrie superstar. it's simply impossible for the ttb axle to hold up to any real abuse being welded. throw large tires into the mix, and it's parts just looking for a place to break.
