$275/month + approx. $40 utilities (including time warner cable and road runner internet). you get your own bathroom and walk-in closet. a 4 room condo on kent rd.

room furniture is needed but rest living area is furnished. all appliances there including washer and dryer.


CAT bus picks up across the street and drops off at the library

Wolfline (Westgrove) bus picks up 2 blocks down at Western Blvd.

you won't have to worry about your friends getting towed because there aren't parking passes.

university effin meadows...man i had one of the worst neighbors EVER there. that said, everyone else in the place was cool. electricity was always pretty low, and subway/cookout/food lion were all within walking distance. always seemed like it was in a sketchy area, but we never had a bit of trouble. good luck.

my brother lives in the condo across the breezeway. most of the other people there go to nc state or a little bit out of college and work. one of the guys who lives in the condo is at state and the other 2 work full time.
