our team is in need of multi-eventers on the mens side, pole vaulters, sprinters on the men's side, relay runners on the women's side, and throwers on the women's side

women have a great chance at receiving scholarships, just pm me and ill get you info and stuff

Also, if you know any high school kids that are lookin to continue their track careers, encourage them to consider contacting NCSU, we will have opportunities for them

^^we have about 5 mens throwers so we arent in dire need of them, but you are welcome to come out

7^ multi events are the pentathalon/heptathalon for women and the decathalon/heptathalon for men

high jump
shotput
long jump

hurdles
etc, cant exactly remember all the events

Sure, sign me up. I ran sub-15 5k in college, also threw a little javelin...I always wanted to try the high jump/multi-events. I can hurdle decent and ran a provisional qualifier in the steeple...should have eligibility left. Do I get a free jacket?

I ran track. And last time I heard they actually hired someone to recruit people through the University to run (or throw or whatever). But maybe I'm way behind in how this works now.?

this is a university team
if you're good enough the university would probably recruit you
you must be in good enough shape or athletically gifted to score at ACC conference which usually arent people who just want to give it a try
