I wanna build an omnidirectional slotted waveguide antenna. Too bad I need a machine shop to do so. I'm sure I could get access to one here at NCSU if I try hard enough, but I've been too lazy to try it.

Slotted waveguide = about 18-22 db gain. omnidirectional.
