hahaha this is hilarious

Here are the grades with rank by position in parentheses

Mario Williams 98 (1)
Manny Lawson 81 (8)
Stephen Tulloch 70 (10)
Marcus "tropical skittles" Hudson 69 (10)
TJ Williams 64 (8)
Oliver Hoyte 61 (7)
Jay Davis 30 (31)

Grades are from 0-100

But let's be honest here for a second... He was probably a better QB than Stone last year.

I can't believe you're comparing jake delhomme to jay davis. delhomme might make some bad decisions here and there, but the dude is one of the top QB's in the NFC if not the NFL. Hell, jay davis had way more offensive weapons than delhomme does. Delhomme has steve smith and that's it.

Shav is actually a very good player who happened to pick a college system that didn't fit him at all.

Jay making it to the NFL is more like Will Roach making the starting roster for the Spurs.

by the way, just so yall know, there is absolutely nothing about him under his name under the insider thing; they just list his scouts grade

to compare, this is what is written about stephen tulloch:

Strengths: Is an instinctive, quick and aggressive WLB. At his best when protected. Shows very good initial quickness, balance and body control. Takes solid angles and shows some closing burst to the ball carrier. Has good upper-body power for his size and shows good initial pop at the POA as a tackler. He wraps up in space and does a good job of playing under control. He shows good initial burst and instincts as a pass rusher. Shows adequate range in zone coverage. Does a good job of reading QB's eyes and plays with good discipline in zone. Shows some versatility as a possible WLB and/or ILB in the NFL. Also has the right mental makeup and tackling skills to excel on special teams in the NFL. A young prospect; will be just 21 years old when drafted. Also has been durable.

Weaknesses: Is short and lacks ideal bulk. Will get engulfed by bigger blockers at the POA. Needs to be in space to be effective. Lacks elite speed and will struggle to overcome his lack of size in the NFL as easily as he did in college. Must improve his lower body strength and hand usage in order to more effectively get off of blocks. Lack of ideal size and top-end speed will limit him in terms of some man-to-man matchups in coverage at the next level. Does not show great ball skills in coverage. Lacks ideal playing experience and may suffer through a bigger learning curve than most other prospects from his class.

Overall: Tulloch played as a reserve in all 12 games as a true freshman in 2003. He started six of the 11 games that he played as a sophomore in 2004 and finished that season with 75 tackles and 14 tackles for loss. He missed 2005 spring workouts after undergoing shoulder surgery in January. Tulloch started all 12 games as a junior in 2005 and finished with 134 tackles, 21 TFL, six sacks and one interception. Tulloch lacks ideal size and possesses just adequate top-end speed, but he is a quick, instinctive and tough WLB that emerged as a dynamic playmaker as a senior in 2005 and seems to have his best football still ahead of him. Tulloch has the potential to eventually emerge as a starting WLB or ILB in the NFL and he should immediately contribute on special teams. In our opinion, Tulloch is worth selecting in the third round of the 2006 draft.

and he got a grade of 70; there are a lot of negatives listed about him; if davis has a grade of 30 he is not very highly thought of

no he's not...

in the championship game he had a qb rating of like 6 during the second half and something like 30 for the game

steve smith made delhomme look good

take away smith and you got jay davis + 5 years of NFL experience

Delhomme has twice the physical tools of Davis, Having Average Accuracy and Below Average Arm Strength can get you a 31 on a scouting report,
