I'm looking into renting a house in June... i Know it's a ways off, but might as well start looking early... probably near state, but I need a roommate or two. I have all the kitchen stuff as well as furniture, location is up for debate.
I'm an easy going person, clean, etc... but I have two dogs and a cat. So, if you like animals and not the responsibilities it'd be perfect.
