earliest you'll be able to move-in is around april 1st. the lease runs through to august. the house is located directly across from a park with a disc golf course. there's a large 2 car garage, as well as a huge, wooden back deck. there's a non-fenced in backyard with a lightly wooded area and a creek along the back edge. the house is probably around 1100 sq feet. the available room isn't huge, but it's big enough. i have a full-sized bed, a large computer desk, a lovaseat sofa, a coffee table, and some other stuff in my room. all that stuff fits comfortably.

rent is $410 per month.

that's because of the location and all of the perks: large deck with gate, wooded backyard, park across the street, two-car garage and street parking, etc, a loft, etc.

also, that 1100 sq ft. is an estimation at the lower end. the house is probably larger, especially if you incluse the garage.

on second thought, the house is ~1,800 sq ft. (not including the 2 car garage). it's about the same size as a house that i lived in on clark ave. that one was 2,100 sq. ft.
