Yup.

I also watched the last episode, where the entire thing was just Clarence in New York. They'd go up to people and ask them what they thought about television. Invariably, the person would say "Television sucks. It's either lame reality shows or has way too much foul language and violence." So Clarence would say, "Alright, here's your chance to fix it. Ready, set, Make good TV!" and just leave the camera on the person. Eventually the person would get pissed, start cussing and throwing things in a violent manner. The irony was incredible.
