I cant believe noone has posted this yet.

http://www.pearljam.com

New single is available for free download, because pearl jam is cool like that. Album due May 2.

They have one leg of tour dates announced, but they dont include a date anywhere near here. I expect them to hit Raleigh, Va Beach, or Greensboro, or all of them. ten club is doing presales for all shows, so if you are in that, renew soon before new dates are released.

"World Wide Suicide" is pretty good

PJ owns all the bullshit rock that is out these days

definitely hope to see them for the third time

when they come around

[Edited on March 12, 2006 at 1:35 AM. Reason : then again, i'm lost on the so-called rock scene that thrives now]

i think this is the year that I go to like 4 shows. Before, I was poor and could only scrape for 1, but I am going all out, especially since I will have 10 club seats.

holla marko, where you at?

I still belong to the camp that realizes that ten was their only good album

i would go to philly or dc, but i have to be in bowling green at the same time

they'll probably be back in the us for the 2nd tour

it is really odd that the industry is convinced this thing is gonna be pretty big commercially

we'll see

i dont hate the new single, but its not anywhere near my favorite songs from them. I find that every new album just brings more appreciation for older albums. I am on a 'Yield' crush right now

You tell 'em, Axl Rose, Sabastian Bach, and Bon Jovi (to a lesser extent).

i'd always figured the "Bon" was for Bon Scott, but I guess it could just as easily be Bon Jovi.

Anyone going to the DC show tonight?

The setlists have been pretty damn good for the past few nights

i was in DC last night. really good show. the crowd kicked ass. i was nervous eddie was going to pull a bunch of political shit but he kept it pretty clean until the second encore. they played "fuckin up" for dick cheney. i thought it was well worth the drive.
