look, the damn things have been in storage for about two years, there's nothing wrong with them, i would keep them if i had room. $20 for two speakers is cheap, no matter if they're great or not. stop being cheap.

sorry... frustrating day at work yesterday. first person to make me a legit. offer takes them. sorry i don't know the serial number. they are part of the typical yamaha ns-a series. the actual number i'm not sure of without gettin' the speakers out again.
