that's right 50-100 cars come through our bays each day depending on business and all roll out with unchecked lugnuts

why don't you do us a favor and take that gun in your gallery and use it on yourself

see this thing called libel is where you make up damaging information to someone or something with nothing to back it up....it's illegal

a rotation with no balance is free at discount tire on the corner of six forks and wake forest
if you buy tires from us all rotations, balances and flat repairs are free for the life of the tire

^i have to chime in. i have NEVER had a good experience with that discount tire. i took my crx there, and watched from outside the bay. i look over, and they have switched my wheels with the accord a couple of bays down and were putting the wrong wheels on both cars. granted they were both steelies, but one had square holes, the other round. two cars means two or more different people fucked up simultaneously.

my roomate spend a good bit of time and money to repaint his vr4 wheels, and told them under no circumstances to put the rim weights on the outside. he got them back with no rim weights, but nice gouges in his new paint where they had put them on then taken them back off. they said they had an expert who would fix the paint for free. it looks like the guy literally just taped off a square and sprayed it. the color was off, and you could see the raised edges of the square.

the only other time i went their, they brought some girls car out and she was pissed because they had scratched the bejesus out of her chrome wheels. the scratches were obvious from 20 ft away.

in other words, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE SIX FORKS ROAD DISCOUNT TIRE!

nvm, whatever, i don't have time to fight about this all semseter....fast, cheap, done right over half of the time - discount tire.......white golve treatment - pay for it or do it yourself....for over 65% of our customers everything is fine

Okay...your store is no worse than anyone else around...I'll buy that. Most of these "nothing-but-tires-mega-tire-store" kind of places are in competition to lowball each other and get more folks in the door, and the service suffers as a result...they're all the same in that arena.

There are an amazing amount of dumbasses in this world that just don't know any better and want the cheapest thing they can get. That's where you folks are getting all your business.

Those of us who know better should really know better than to take anything to a place like Discount Tire. If I get a tire or two (never more than two) from a place like that, I jack the car up and take the wheels off myself at home and just carry the wheels to you. That way, there's only so much you can fuck up, and I can look the WHOLE wheel over before I leave.

I just don't trust folks who (a)get paid beans to begin with, and (b)get bonuses based on how many wheels and/or tires they can get out the door.
