that seems pretty steep on the ethernet cables, considering one can purchase a 1000ft box of cable for around $50

I looked on bestbuy.com for these prices then basically subtracted 10, not that anyone really needs 1000 feet of cable for everything (plus if you cut it up then you have to pay for connectors and you gotta know what you're doing.). Prices are re-edited to be lower.

I'm not trying to thread shit here, but it makes no sense for anyone to pay $20 for a piece of ethernet cable (unless they truly just need one)
