I am subletting my room from June 1-August 1. Dates are flexible. The room is in a 4BR 4BA townhouse in University Suites. Fully furnished. 3 female roommates, some of which may not be here during these months. I am charging only $350 for a $435/month room. This includes utilities, cable with HBO, internet and phone service. The room has its own bathroom also. Full kitchen, W/D, D/W. Apt has gym, free tanning and a pool. Also, if taking summer classes, there is a shuttle bus that will take you to campus. No pets are allowed, sorry. Let me know if you are interested. Preferably looking for a relaxed female that knows how to clean up after themselves.
