It comes with the XP pro installed and Licensed (just that is worth half the price) - CD available upon request - between the rest of the parts (and the fact it comes with keyboard and mouse so the only thing you need is a monitor) it's a cheap set for a 2Ghz. It has onboard graphics. 30 day warranty is included in the price, if you don't want the warranty, I can drop the price.

i want the cd, and i want it for 200 dollars. i really think 200 really is a tad bit too much for this. provide specs about the graphics card in detail - is it at least 64mb?
