I'm looking to sublease a room in my 3bdrm/2bath fully furnished apt on
western blvd (directly across the street from campus). The apartment has
a washer/dryer and dishwasher. It's only 2 years old and will be
available as soon as exams are done in May until early August. Rent is all inclusive
(electricity, water/sewage, premium cable, internet, parking, etc.) The
complex offers a pool, workout room, free tanning, and some other great
stuff too. I'm currently paying 490/month, but rent would be negotiable.
