I need to get some fuel system cleaner that works well. I think I have some dirty injectors. What would be the best to use? I've tried the STP stuff but wasn't satisfied.

don't waste your money on any of that shit. find a shop that uses Run-Rite. that is the only fuel system cleaner i have found to ever make a difference. and trust me, some of my shit has had some dirty fuel systems.

seafoam or chemtool. i like the seafoam for adding and running through the motor, and chemtool for parts.

wouldnt know, never seen one. in fact ive never seen any kind of buildup in a fuel system as long as the car is driven and run regularly.

fuel system cleaner is snake oil, if any of you dont agree- prove it.

I use the GM stuff form the dealer in all makes. Quiets the injectors and smooths the idle out everytime. And yes I have seen a clogged injector. Tried to get an LT-1 fired from sitting after 3 years under a bench. ran the noid test on them and 5 of them bitches wouldnt even actuate. Ended up putting SVO motorcraft ones in. They are all pretty much the same for domestic stuff.
