Am I the only one who still files taxes on paper April 15th.
Its more of a sport that way. Try and start at 9:30 on the 15th and have it to the post office staying open till midnight before they close. 3/17/2006 10:42:38 AM |

^^ Possibly. If it's by choice, that's one thing. Otherwise, you can do it online for free ... look up the NC Tax website. 3/17/2006 11:49:19 AM |

Penalties and interest for late returns are based on the ammount of money you owe. So if you are due a refund, i'm thinking nothing would happen if you were to send it late. 3/17/2006 12:16:33 PM |

Generally you are not required to file if you are due a refund. 3/18/2006 11:25:56 AM |

No I am not being sarcastic. There are tons of people that dont file their tax return, and they are not required to do so. 3/18/2006 10:50:15 PM |

yeah there are lots of people that don't file and get away with it. mostly teens that make less than a couple grand a year.
but if you are due a refund, they normally don't push it too much since it is screwing yourself 3/19/2006 12:25:39 PM |
