My wife and I purchased a new HP Media Center PC a while back, and it has the TV card, etc...

I want to watch TV while I do homework, check email, etc. but I cannot get the TV window to stay on top of the desktop. I know there are TV cards out there with software that keep the TV window on top. Is there a way to do this in Media Center? If so, can anyone help me out? Right now, all I can do is listen to it in the background, or click back and forth... This will suck come game time tonight!

my hauppage software has that option built in, but I think the program has to have the option, as I dont believe you can 'On Top' anything in windows (but it is built into gnome, kde, xfce +)

you could try somthin like
http://www.download.com/Stay-On-Top/3000-2340_4-10430148.html?tag=lst-0-1

or just
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=always+on+top+windows&btnG=Google+Search

though, most on that list cost a little

Thanks for the help! Found a combo of programs which do exactly what I wanted! TV stays on top, but is transparent enough for me to work behind it! Thanks again!
