Or perhaps part of the old XFL deal involved another McMahon/NBC production and NBC waited this long to allow the production and then put it on opposite the tourney so it would die quickly.

SNME used to be all about crazy non-wrestling skits that were funny in a trainwreck kind of way. Like Mean Gene training w/ Hogan and Hillbilly Jim's wedding.

These days I'm sure they just have some McMahons fight each other and send HHH out to growl for 30 minutes as usual.
