I’m looking to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment at University House off of Tryon Rd. I have an internship in Atlanta for this summer, so I have to move out. You’ll be sharing the apartment with my other two (guy) roommates. I’ve lived with them for the past 2 years and they’re cool dudes. The apartment and the bedroom are fully furnished. The bedroom includes a full size mattress, a desk, huge closet, dresser, a ceiling fan, and a huge bathroom. It has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It’s one of the best apartment complexes around here, with a swimming pool, gym, game room, basketball and volleyball courts, free tanning, and free ride to campus with the UH shuttle bus. I’m currently paying $419 a month including cable and internet. The only think I have to pay on top of this is electricity which averages around $40 per month. The room would be available from May 6 to July 29. I’m asking for $1000 for the entire summer, and the only other thing you’ll have to pay on top of this is electricity, which will be divided between 3 people. Check out this link: http://www.universityhouse.com/uhatraleigh/Floorplans.asp# if you care to see a plan of the bedroom, it’s the one under C1 and the bedroom type is the one lowest to the left. Or if you want more info on the apartment complex in general you can even check out their website at http://www.uhraleigh.com. If interested please contact me at my email at bberkol@ncsu.edu.
