Brack probably wont return even though we could use him. He has parents that want him to go mlb and really has no arguement that he has a bball future after this year... its sad, but I will root for the mlb team he plays for (PLEASE GOD NOT THE YANKEES!) Perhaps Costner can fill that starting lineup slot like he was meant to. He has potential we have not yet witnessed.

That rumour is mind boggling. GG has gotten more PT (previous to wake game in WS) than I'd guess 90% of the fans wanted. He's stepped it up now, and will be a starter next year for sure, so it can't be over PT.

Atsur should get to RBC the second they get back and shoot 150 threes a day until the first practice next year. It hasn't been there for him the past three weeks and clearly the team's shooting has gotten us whipped. Live and die by the three doesn't translate into consistent success, especially in March.

this lineup next year has the capability of winning the big games (unc, duke) being athletic and all... but won't have the winning, slow paced control over the crappy teams like we did this year (UVA, Wake (at home), GA tech (at home), VA tech, BC) so every game would be a mystery

PG - larry davis (he is transferring with intent to start a la toney bethel)
2G - Atsur (hes a senior and will start despite blowing at the end of this year)
SG(3) - Grant (hes earned it and will be a junior!)
SF(4) - Fill in the blank (Costner vs. McCauley vs. Fells)(all have size and skills for this spot)
C - Big Ced

Obviously Fells has the upper hand in the 4 spot due to his contributions this year, but Costner is expected to step it up and McCauley could wow us(he does have nice footwork already). All are faster/more athletic than Evtimov. All can fill in for Grant and move him into Atsur's spot if he continues to blow.
(If Brack returns then I guess he would also contend for that 4 spot, but the contention and lack of surety will also be a factor in his decision to leave I think.....)

I dont feel too uncomfortable with this team except for one thing: where the D?
Herb has his hands full for next year....

I'm pretty sure Fells is gonna have the 2 guard spot with Atsur at the point.

If not, we're fucked, cause you cant keep that kid on the bench any longer. His fuck ups today were purely inexperience.


And if you havent noticed, Fells is a better ball handler than Grant (of course thats like being better at math than a retard), so anyone helping bring the ball up court in a pair like Bethel and Atsur this year will be Fells.

I thought Davis was a shooting guard also, cause otherwise people wouldnt be up in arms about "HERB FINALLY RECRUITED A TRUE POINT GUARD IN CHRIS WRIGHT"
