I'm working with a designer/coder on a website. Pretty much, he's doing the technical part and I'm handling the marketing of the site....http://www.flonker.com you can check it out if you like...before I start doing some heavy online promotion of the site...I wanna implement some things on the site...I've had trouble getting in contact with the guy I'm working with on the site and I'm kind of tired of waiting on him to be quite frank, so anyone with some html, php, mysql knowledge that'd be willing to help...give me an im on here or aim (TillerManX) we can talk a little more...the function's I'm asking for are pretty simple, I just don't know jack about coding, programming, or anythin like that...I'd also compensate you for your time and help..thanks

You need to clean it up and make it sound more professional. The idea is intriguing, but you'll need to think in terms of size of business and how to scale if/when the time comes to do so. Also, if this tech person is your partner (from previous thread) and isn't communicating well with you ... eh, might want to rethink how committed they are to such an endeavour.
