yeah they usually have a dunk contest, three point shoot-out and all that good stuff. I wouldnt mind seeing Cam and Noel head to head either

I also think that herb held him back from showing all of his full talents, hopefully he will impress some people in his work-outs

he may have more nba potential than hodge, but that isnt saying much as hodge had next to none. but not many nba teams are looking for a 4 year tweener who never averaged more than 13 ppg

Hodge sucks, but I do agree that he did win a couple games for us but he also blew a couple of games for us. Cam is definately alot better shooter and Hodge was just selfish

I don't care if he never averaged more than 13 pts. Playing in this offense it's hard to do so. But he had many 20 pt games and like I said, the scouts will be able to see his full potential when he's working out.

in the nba you need to fit into a position. he is a tweener who doesnt do any one thing REALLY well.

Hodge was a ball hog, hence mean coining the phrase "Hodging the ball"

he was a team player and wanted to win

he led the team in assists because other teams would specifically target him so there was always someone else open

thats what we missed this year...one main guy for teams to focus on

instead, teams could focus totally on the entire team and that's why we may not have achieved as much this season compared to past seasons

I love Cam...but Hodge was amazing and was first team all american according to ESPN and others. Without Julius last year, we don't beat UConn, and with him this year, we would have hung with Texas. Out of sight, out of mind I guess.

Cam has been my favorite player for 4 years, but he was/is not the better player than Hodge. If he had played 4 years it might have been different, but he basically played 1.5 years. Brings other stars to mind(cough scooter cough). Scooter and Cam both became shooters and great defenders, but too late in their careers to really push us over any kind of hump. I wonder why that is. Hopefully Gavin would turn even more of a corner before the twilight of his career.

Cam has come through better than Scoot. The man has excellent instincts and really, I mean really improved his dribble this season. Scoot on the other hand, just did not develop, maybee it was a lack of effort or something, but somehow (OMG Coaching maybee ) Cam corrected his game.

BTW, did you catch that the announcers started calling him "showtime"?

fells is more athletic than bennerman. i think you will see fells come in next year and perform similar to bennerman last year, and then build on that.

Well, if anything the end of the season showed us that the younger guys are coming in with much more talent. Herb said that he like the direction of the program, and I agree.
