I am moving- and would like to rent out my townhouse in North Raleigh. It's super convenient to the Beltine and most points Northward. I would say about a 5 minute drive to Beltline, 10 minutes to Triangle Town Center, maybe 15 to the "fun" areas in downtown.
I bought the place not quite 2 years ago - and have kept it in excellent condition. It has a great floorplan! The downstairs boasts an open layout, with upgraded oak cabinets and appliances in the kitchen and a 1/2 bath right off the eating area. Also, the living room has a fireplace with gas logs. This room has sliding glass doors to the back patio area.
The upstairs holds the 2 bedrooms, each with a full bath, a laundry room and small linen closet. Each bedroom has 2 closets. The "master" bathroom has dual vanity sinks and garden tub.
All appliances (washer/dryer, microwave, etc.) conveyed! Since I would like to rent the place furnished, you would also be able to enjoy all of my fairly new furniture (most purchased in the last 15 months - couches are only a few years old).
Rent includes: house(obviously), homeowners/yard maintenance, and security system monitoring. If you are interested in an unfurnished place, email me and we can discuss!
Dogs are OK - but I have allergies to cats. I might reconsider, but for now would like to try to find someone sans feline.
I cannot think of anything else - if you have any questions, just email me mailto:catmears@aol.com
Ideally, I will not be moving until late May/early June, so my house will not be available until then. However, if you are interested please send me a quick email and let me know your timeframe – we might be able to work something out. I have pictures - and can send them via email if you like. Thanks for looking! 3/21/2006 12:01:42 PM |

you are alergic to cats, but you aren't going to be there, so what does it matter?
also, you might want to reconsider renting furnished if your furniture is nice. that or you better have an air tight lease, especially if you are allowing pets. 3/21/2006 2:36:03 PM |
