I have been looking online for a way to interlock two letters (like Notre Dame's ND) for a high school football logo.

I'm trying to put "S" and "N" together for a highschool logo and I'm not a designer.

Is Southern Nash finally putting decals on the helmets?

Also, if you know somebody that can draw, go look at Northern Trash's, I mean Northern Nash's logo. It is a variation of the Notre Dame logo.

Well, last season they had a version of the interlocking S and N but it was cheap looking and ugly.......basically, you couldn't tell what the hell it was on the helmet at 1st, 2nd or even a 3rd glance.


E.B. Sports said they could try it but it would cost alot. I think if Northern can do two Ns together, then S and N shouldn't be too hard.

I already drew it up on Microsoft Paint and it looks AWESOME. Now if only it can be stitched on to cloth and made into a decal...

if you find someone to make it in illustrator or photoshop, then you can submit e.b. sports a copy as a .eps or .pdf and they'll be able to stitch it

if you're just looking to produce the image, most sign/graphic shops will charge way too much, b/c its easy to do, but takes a little while to do (around an hour), and they have to make it worth their while. and if you want multiple designs to look at it'll be even more overpriced.

your best bet is to find someone to produce the image, then if you want to produce decals/signs, just send a sign shop the completed file.

What responsibilities do the people asking for payment have to this guy? If he wants it done right someone should get paid. Not alot, but something. If he wants it done in paint, he'll do it himself.

call a sign shop and ask for an estimate for something like this. It will be more than you think, i worked at graphics/sign shops for over 5 years.

i could get you several e-logos for you to look at and decide on for much cheaper.

Possibly could even get decals printed for pretty cheap.

I just want something to replace the current crap-they-call-school-logos at Southern Nash. I think a new logo on all the uniforms and ballcaps at Southern would be pretty cool and would look classy, instead of having a different logo for each varsity team (like they do now)

Maybe a White version of the SN with a red/silver border on the Blue football helmet and one on the middle of the collar of the jerseys.

Red ballcaps with the white logo/Blue ballcaps with white logo/white ballcaps with red/blue logo

Even though its a high school, i think something distinctive like our other in-county rivals have
(Nash Central, Northern Nash and Rocky Mt) would be cool.

yeah, I have some friends coaching the football/soccer/track teams there and i'll be starting in the Fall after this job runs out. My friend who coaches the soccer team wanted something new for the school/team and I just like to help out since I enjoy doing stuff like this.....even though it may come across as weird.

I might be helping with track next Fall if I get everything lined up right.

I think a little money will go a long way. I can get approval but the main issue is the logo itself.
