as an incentive, the other roomate moving out will be selling all of her furniture, including:

double bed
sofa
dresser
coffee table
small dining table with chairs
*possibly a tv* and stand

deals can be arranged to those interested in the sublease (possibly just leaving her bedroom and living area completely furnished for a VERY small fee)

so as far as the furniture goes, $100 for everything. includes a double bed (matress, boxspring, frame), 25 inch tv, coffee table, end table, couch, dining table with 4 chairs, tv stand, 2 desks, and a dresser.

the reason my roomate's willing to get rid of it all is that her father is in the hotel business and thus got the stuff pretty cheap and doesn't need it otherwise. It's all in good shape. Basically fully furnished bedroom and living area.

again, 2 bedrooms available.

i have had no problems with management at all. neither have the other 4 apartments of people i know here. every complex is going to have a few instances, but don't think it affects everyone.
