I'm trying to sub-lease my room at the college inn starting May 1. The sub-lease will run until August 4 i believe and then you can renew if you'd like. The rent is 480/month all utilities and a good parking spot on the first floor of the parking deck included. Right across campus so the convenience is impeccable if you're going to summer school. Also, the sub-leasing is allowed by management so you will be able to take over the lease basically and pay directly to them. The other three roommates are fine to live with, quiet and clean, though they may be trying to sub-lease too, i'm not sure. Nothing wrong with the place, i'm just graduating, and am leaving Raleigh.
